Nothing disturbs over fifty different species of birds and other wildlife including the occassional deer and pheasants wandering among the lawns specimen trees and shrubs. The Lodge has been created to realise our ambition to provide the highest possible standards of accommodation in North Norfolk in a setting which guarantees our guests complete quiet and relaxation. We like to think it provides a different concept in hospitality in an unbeatable rural setting. Avoiding the impersonal and formal atmosphere of a hotel the Lodge provides our guests complete freedom to mix with others or to seek solitude. The rooms which are all at ground level are situated around the grounds to take greatest advantage of the views and landscape and to preserve a sense of peace and tranquillity. Directions to Felbrigg Lodge
Taking the A148 from Holt to Cromer turn right at the Roman Camp Inn.Through the village of Aylmerton until you reach the Stone Cross turn left to Sustead and Metton Felbrigfg lodge will be found 1 2 mile on the right just before the field study centre. Taking the A140 from Norwich 1 2 mile from Alby crafts take the 3rd left signposted to Hanworth go over the cattle grid turn right at the t junction marked Metton phone box next t junction turn left Aylmerton Field study centre is on your left Felbrigg lodge is immediately after on the left.
