Set in the heart of South Norfolk's rural countryside you will find The Old Stables situated on a quiet working farm. Converted old stables sympatheticaly restored to incorporate 3 ground floor bedrooms ( 1 Kingsize 1 Double and 1 Bunk Bed) complete cottage for the price stated. Entrance hall utilty and ground floor showerbathroom. The first floor accommodating a large airy open plan living and dining area with a mass of original 17th century oak beams to the apex of the roof. Large fully equipped kitchen that overllooks grazing horses with appliances that include washing machine freezer dishwasher fridge freezer microwave gas hob and electric oven. Ample parking for up to 4 plus cars. Enclosed courtyard garden with decking area and bbq facities under a sheltered matured grapevine. Suitable parking for horse trailers boats etc. Self catering breakfast available at £7.50 per adult which includes bacon sausages eggs mushrooms tomatoes all from our local farm shop bread preserves cereals etc.

Directions to The Old Stables
If you are travelling South of Norwich on the A140 you arrive in Long Stratton turn right immediatly after the pedestrian crossing into Swan Lane where the pharmacy is. Carry on over the speed bumps for approx 12 mile and there is a sharp right hand bend where a telephone box is situated on your left hand side turn right at the this point into Picton Road and The Old Stables is approx 200 yards on the left at Picton Farm's entrance.
